This beautiful Tibetan singing bowl features the “Om Mani Padme Hum” mantra engraved around the outside, while the Buddha Eyes are displayed inside the bowl. The mantra “Om Mani Padme Hum” is one of the most sacred mantras in Tibetan Buddhism. It is often translated as “The jewel is in the lotus,” symbolizing the path to wisdom, compassion, and spiritual awakening. Tibetan singing bowls are traditional bells used for meditation, relaxation, and sound healing. When played, they produce a rich, harmonic tone and soothing vibrations that help promote calmness, focus, and mindfulness. To create sound, gently rub the included wooden mallet in a circular motion along the rim of the bowl. This technique allows the bowl to resonate and produce its calming sound. Includes mallet and cushion, cushion may vary from one pictured. It measures 5 × 2.5 inches
